Notava and Global Link Select (GLS) to jointly market and sell uAxes solution in Japan
Helsinki, Finland (25th January 2012) – The Notava Inc. and Global Link Select (GLS) of Japan have signed a contract relating to marketing and sales of uAxes solution in Japan. The purpose of the agreement is to create long term collaboration between Notava and GLS aiming to jointly market the unique uAxes managed WiFi offloading and On-Demand WiFi access solution to potential entities in Japan.

WISPr support for uAxes Managed WiFi Offloading
uAxes Managed WiFi Offloading solution supports now also the widely used WISPr WiFi authentication. The first released platforms with WISPr support are Android and RIM Blackberry - others following shortly. This is the first time in the World when mobile operators can offload invidual devices fully seamlessly into WISPr based WiFi networks - based on offloading policies tailored and optimized for each operators' needs. Notava and Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT) to start joint collaboration
Helsinki, Finland (30th June 2011) - The Notava Inc., a world leading provider of innovative solutions combining novel mobile technologies, web services and ubiquitous applications, has signed a collaboration agreement with Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT), a leading University in information telecommunication technology under the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in Shaanxi Province, P.R.China
The agreement between Notava and XUPT establishes core areas where the two parties will collaborate:
- Mobile data network congestion solution
- WiFi offloading and on-demand WiFi access
- Cloud Computing
